# Expired password

Every year, you will be asked to reset your password.

previous passwords  
your first or last name as a part of your   
password  
the word “password” or “abc”</td><td>at least seven characters  
a capital letter  
a lowercase letter

# Forgotten Password

Fill out a tech ticket or see the SRS librarian if you forgot your password.

You will be given a temporary password, then you will need to reset your password to something only you will know.

Password rules:
